第一题:E选项中的it没有指代对象;D选项number和amount不能比较;B中的as many用法是错的;A的less用错了。C的话,应该是there are fewer (driving-inns) than one quater of that amount. 所以用fewer修饰可数的driving-inns.
第二题:原句中的which就近修饰minority,而不是non-H...
