Recently,the problem of academic cheating on campus has become increasing serious in university and more and more people growing concern about it,because it is not only a simple question,but also a moral issue.
This phenomenon has result in serious consequences.The one thing,the students who study in the university will lose faith in the future and the students will lose interest research.Students will not respect professors.The people in the society will reduce the trust for the colleges and universities.Reduce the enthusiasm of the students in learning.What is more,this behavior will reduce the creativity of the world.

the problem has become increasing serious 和 and more and more people growingconcern about it 是两个并列句，可见第二分句的 growing 是不完整的谓语动词，应该添加助动词are

growing concern 是系表结构你但是表示变化的系动词后只能用形容词或分词作表语，应该把concern 改为 concerned（处于关心状态的）

　　Recently, the problem of academic cheating on campus has becomei ncreasing serious in university and more and more people (are) growing (concerned) about it, because it is not only a simple question, but also a moral issue.

　　This phenomenon has (resulted) in serious consequences. (On the one hand,(some of) the students who study in the university lose faith in the future and lose (their) interest (in) research. (They do) not (show respect to their) professors. (On the other hand), the (public) will (loose their) trust (in) colleges and universities (and feel no) enthusiasm for (the students) in (employing them). What is more, this behavior will (make them short of) creativity (talent).

　　In my opinion, academic (are) an extremely sacred (circle); as a university student, (each of us) should become (an honest) person. We should be aware of the importance of honesty. We should call on all people to fight against the bad phenomenon.
