Healthy diet is very important to us.Firstly it helps to keep us fit and have a proper weight; secondly it
helps us to be energetic enough to study and work hard; finally it helps.to improve the quality of our life.
In order to have a healthy diet,we should first have a reasonable and scientific diet which consists of enough
green vegetables and fruit,and as little as possible the food high in fat,sugar and salt,which does great harm
to our health.Besides,a cheerful state of mind and proper physical exercise are equally as important to our
health as healthy diet.
