摘要:ptc 材料是一种温度敏感的铁电半导体材料,是近年来发展迅速的新型电子材料之一,但目前高居里温度 ptc 材料都是用含铅物质作为居里温度移动剂来制备,且在烧结工艺过程中,由于铅元素的挥发而污染环境,损害人体健康.为了替代目前对环境和人体有害的含铅ptc陶瓷材料,本文以寻求一种新型无铅ptc陶瓷的配方组成及制备工艺.采用氧化铋、碳酸锂、二氧化钛为原料,利用高温固相法制备钛酸锂铋(bi0.5li0.5tio3,简写为blt)粉体,替代铅作为居里温度移动剂,并利用此粉***备blt致密陶瓷.本实验首先制备了 blt粉体,研究在制备blt时以不同温度对粉体进行烧结本对制品的影响,并确定了 blt 粉体最佳烧结温度为 800℃.如果 blt 不预先合成而是以各自的化合物的形式加入,bi和 li 的化合物就会在制备的各个过程损失,而不能起到居里温度移动剂的效果.预先合成的 blt 和主晶相 batio3及其它添加剂进行二次合成,制备出无铅高居里温度 ptc 材料.用 xrd 和金相显微测试组成、粒度、显微结构等进行了表征.
